I hate shopping - for anything - and this was a downright pleasant shopping experience with great staff.

We were able to get a great couch that was very comfortable, at a great price! They had a great selection and fantastic customer service and the couch was freshly cleaned and smelled good. Their delivery was super affordable especially considering the couch had to go up 3 flights of stairs! I would definitely recommend this place and would purchase from them again!

I moved into an apartment with a tricky doorway and the team here was patient and more than willing to help me find a couch that would fit. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The driver and the other guy who picked up my couch and two chairs were very nice and quick in getting them out of the house. They were there when they told me they would be. I did pay $142 for the pick up, but they came inside to get them and I didn't have to get them out to the curb. I'm a senior so I couldn't do that. I'm so glad that they do this.

I didn’t want to think my furniture would end up in a landfill and I wasn’t needing to make money at a consignment store, so The Good Couch was a good fit for me. Friendly guys who loaded up my items assured me my slightly worn couch, dining table & two chairs would find a home. I think this was a win/win for me & The Good Couch organization. (There was a pickup fee for the non-couch items.)
